BSG Props Joe’s Bar Napkins and Virgon Beer Labels
Two production made brown paper bar napkins with “Joe’s” printed on each of them in black ink. Each measures 5″ × 5″. Beer labels are two metallic, adhesive “Virgon Beer. Imported Brew” labels that are maroon and gold. Each measures 3½″ × 3½″. Also includes two small circular labels, meant to affix to a bottle cap.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Two duplicate versions of the paper bar napkins from Joe’s Bar, the bar built on the Galactica where the crew spent their limited down time. The bar is first introduced in the Season Three episode, “Taking a Break From All Your Worries.” Also includes unused labels for “Virgon Brew” brand beer. This beer appears in the Season 3 episode, “Maelstrom,” where it is seen in Socrata Thrace’s apartment kitchen. The labels for the bottle and bottle cap were created by the art department.
