BSG Props Book of Pythia
Production made soft cover book with a brown leather cover affixed. The leather hangs over the edge of the interior cover of the book. Measures: 5,75″ × 8½″ × 1¼″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
A copy of the Book of Pythia, which told of the exodus and exile of the Thirteen Tribes from Kobol 3,600 years prior to the Fall of the Twelve Colonies. Pythia was a prophet who apparently prophesied yet another exodus and exile of the human race, with a dying leader leading them to the Thirteenth Colony known as Earth. Production did not note where this was used during the series.
