BSG Props Cylon Six Hero Face Sheild

Having suffered tremendous structural failure from repeated Cylon attacks, the Battlestar Galactica needed serious repairs. Completely against accepting any Cylon help in repairing his beloved ship, Admiral Adama eventually allows the Cylons to aid in the monumentous task of repairing the Galactica. Wearing work clothes and this hero face shield a Number Six applied a Cylon material that would grow into the Galactica’s stressed metal frame and strengthen it. Production noted that this face shield was worn by Tricia Helfer in Season Four’s episodes “No Exit” and “Deadlock.”
