BSG Props Armistice Officer Dress Gray Uniform
Male Dress Gray jacket with BSG patch on the left shoulder. Production has written “Armistice Officer 2nd Padding” on the inner label. Paired with gray pants with maroon stripes on side. Jacket is size 40. The pants are size 35 waist and 31 inseam. Includes maroon leather sash and waist belt piece, production made Battlestar Galactica dress pin, Lieutenant Colonel rank pins, Elite Pilot Wings, and sash pin.

Dress gray uniform worn by colonial officers for formal occasions. While similar to the duty blue uniform, dress grays have a more formal look and include a sash with medals and pins to signify the wearer’s accomplishments. This costume was worn by the Armistice Officer in the Battlestar Galactica Miniseries. With the intention of showing the progression of time, production created several size costumes for the officer--portraying him slowly losing weight. This was the second version seen, used in a deleted scene.
