BSG Props Baltar Election Pamphlets and Ballot
Three color printed campaign pamphlets, two with a picture of Gaius Baltar that read: “A New Chance for Humanity” and “Peace is Ours to Make”. The third pamphlet features a symbol for the Citizen’s Coalition for Peace and has the title, “Your Body Your Rights”. Each measure 10¼″ × 4″. The ballot is a production-made presidential election ballot, with a vote for Gaius Baltar. Ballot has been folded to protect the voter’s anonymity. Ballot measures 4″ × 7¾″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Backup version of Baltar’s election pamphlets featuring a picture of Baltar and several campaign slogans. Also includes one ballot from the Colonial Election with a vote for Gaius Baltar. The pamphlets were made for Season 2’s episode “Downloaded”, but production did not note if or where they were used.
