BSG Props Kat’s Hero Flight Suit Shoes

BSG Props Kat’s Hero Flight Suit Shoes

Pair of production modified shoes size 7. Shoes are Cross Trekkers brand, have been painted black, grey and green, and feature zipper and Velcro closure rather than laces. Production has written “Kat” on a white label inside the left shoe.

Provenance

Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.

Hero flight suit shoes worn by Captain Louanne “Kat” Katraine, the Viper pilot that dies of radiation poisoning in “The Passage”. These shoes are meant to keep the pilot from losing air, in the event that atmosphere is lost inside the ship. Shoes have been marked by production as belonging to actor Luciana Carro.
