BSG Props Chief Tyrol’s Hero Knife
Stainless steel pocket knife, made in china and distressed by production. Measures 4″ open and 2½″ closed.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Small pocket knife belonging to Chief Galen Tyrol. Once he discovered himself to be a Cylon, the depressed Tyrol cut his own finger with this pocket knife to taste his blood. Production noted this as the hero pocket knife used by actor Aaron Douglas in Season Four’s episode, “The Ties That Bind”.
