BSG Props Pilot Chair
Production made pilot’s chair is maroon and Galactica blue. This is a padded chair with fold-out desk that is weathered from consistent use. The back mounts of the chair have split making it fall into recline position easily, and recline completely. Paint has chipped off on the left arm. Measures 47″ × 23½″ × 33″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
The chair used by pilots in Galactica’s Pilot Ready Room and seen throughout Galactica’s four seasons. Chairs were used by pilots being briefed before missions, and the occasional interaction between crew members, such as Apollo and Dee, after the discovery of nuked Earth.
