BSG ‘The Cylon War’ Painting - Reproduction

BSG ‘The Cylon War’ Painting - Reproduction

Full-size Giclee print of “The Cylon War” painting as seen in Adama’s quarters in the series Battlestar Galactica.

Printed directly from the original graphics files, the Giclee print measures 36″ by 48″ (same as the original) on durable high-quality canvas and includes a 2″ border (bleed) which makes it suitable for framing.

Each print is hand signed on the front by the original artist Ken Rabehl. The back is individually numbered and features an official Propworx authenticity hologram sticker.

This is a limited edition of 250 prints.

Provenance

This is a reproduction of the famous painting from Admiral Adama’s quarters. This is not an authentic Battlestar Galactica prop, and did not come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The actual paintings was sold in the first Propworx live auction as lot #742: Adama’s Painting of “The Cylon War”.

The term “giclee print” represents a vast step forward in printmaking technology. Images are generated from high resolution digital scans and printed with archival quality inks onto canvas. The giclee printing process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction. Giclee prints are created using professional 8-Color to 12-Color ink-jet printers. These modern technology printers are capable of producing incredibly detailed prints for the fine art market. We are extremely excited to provide these prints to the fans in this limited run.
