Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Runabout Stand In Model

Stand in model of the Runabout shuttle featured in the production of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. This wooden model was made by the production to help set-up shots and plan the filming of the miniatures. It is carved from wood with a drawn on window section in black ink, and the words "1/4th scale Runabout" on the bottom. It features a drilled hole in the back where it would have been mounted to a control stand. Item measures 5" x 3" x 2" and comes from the state of VFX supervisor Gary Hutzel.
