BSG Colonial Funeral Flag
Production made screen printed nylon flags. Flag features the Colonial symbol. Measures 89″ × 29½″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Colonial funeral flags are used to honor the dead crew members of Galactica. These flags were used to cover the fallen in respect of their sacrifice. Flags are folded and given to next of kin if available, or in most cases, are saved for the next ceremony.
