BSG Props Signaler’s Light
One production modified yellow-painted Makita fluorescent work light with a battery pack but no charger. Work light is weathered with yellow paint chipping off the original blue green finish. Light does work. Light measures 15″ × 4″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Deckhand signaler’s light used to direct ships through the bay on Galactica. Tasked with the safety of the pilots and all ground crew, signalers on the Galactica needed to be vigilant at all time. Production noted this as being used throughout the series but not when or where.
