BSG Props Slick’s Velvet Keyboard Cover
Crimson crushed velvet keyboard cover with gold braid trim. Cover has been weathered by the property department to simulate aging. Measures 52″ × 6⅖″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
This is a backup of Slick’s velvet keyboard cover from the Fourth Season episode “Someone to Watch over Me.” Kara “Starbuck” Thrace strikes up a conversation with the mysterious piano player in Joe’s Bar. Ultimately Slick is revealed as the manifestation of Kara’s memory of her late father Dreilide Thrace, a famous concert pianist.
