Corridor Wall Tray Section

The wall trays are constructed of vacuformed PTFE plastic with wood backer strips. Cylinder pieces at the bottom of the items is a section of green ribbed tubing painted metallic blue/gray. The metal cap piece is extruded aluminum track typically used for door thresholds. The piece is painted light gray with a rough textured surface and intentionally faux painted with browns and grays to give a weathered and decrepit feel. Measures 29″ × 44″ × 5″.

Set pieces known as “wall trays” for their appearance, as seen lining the bottom sections of Galactica’s “A-shaped” corridors. Such wall panels would serve as maintenance hatches for conduits and other systems aboard the Galactica. Measures 29″ × 44″ × 5″.
