Kara’s Viper Canopy - Hero Version

Made of flat stock aluminum tig welded and formed to shape. The exterior of the frame features “round head washer self tapping screw” heads glued to the surface and black foam weather stripping on the inside surface so that the frame can sit over an existing canopy. Detail frame was held in place by eight self tapping screws to the under canopy.

Cockpit canopy frame from Kara’s hero Viper when she returns to Galactica after being missing and presumed dead for several months. The detailed frame sits over an existing canopy. Measures 58″ × 20½″ × 32½″
