Battlestar Galactica Jean Barolay Outfit

Outfit worn by Jean Barolay, a former Caprican Buccaneer and resistance fighter under Samuel T. Anderson on Caprica. This outfit was one of the changes worn while extracting algae from an unnamed planet in the Season 3 episodes “The Eye of Jupiter” and “Rapture,” and thus is intentionally distressed with dirt. A three piece distressed and weathered costume with algae and sweat stains, as well as dust.

The first piece is a light blue short-sleeve henley style top from American Eagle, size medium.

The second piece is a pale brown/taupe cotton cargo pant made by American Eagle Outfitters, size 8.

The third piece is a gray jacket with buttons on sleeves, button front, and pockets. Made by American Eagle Outfitters, no size tag available. This third piece was never worn with this outfit, although it was meant to. This piece features prominent green coloring from algae processing.

Costume includes dirtied and distressed bandanas, with one being worn around the neck, and the other around the right wrist. Also includes beige-green cotton web belt with silver buckle and eyelets. These items have been weathered as well.
