BSG Socrata Thrace Framed Photo

This is one of Socrata Thrace’s few personal possessions that were in her apartment on Caprica, as seen in the Season 3 episode “Maelstrom.” In particular, this piece was located on the very right of the table underneath the Medal of Valor framed piece. This piece features Socrata in a Colonial Military duty blue uniform standing next to an older gray haired gentleman with a cigarette in his hand, presumably meant to depict her husband (and Kara “Starbuck” Thrace’s father). This is a black metal frame portrait with glass face. Photo taken at the Vancouver Film Studios lot. Photo features fold-out stand in back. Weathering on frame. Measures 5¾″ × 7¾″ × ¾″.

Provenance

Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
