BSG Kara’s Painting from the Demetrius
Painting of a nebula and ringed planet on a fibrous, cardboard-like material. Edges and sides are somewhat wrinkled from its use during production. Artwork measures 18″ × 30¾″.
Provenance
Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
Artwork painted by Captain Kara “Starbuck” Thrace while in command of the sewage recycling freighter Demetrius. Starbuck’s erratic behavior while searching for Earth caused her crew to mutiny. Seen in the Fourth Season episodes “The Road Less Traveled” and “Faith.”
