Battlestar Galactica Cylon Basestar Interior Sketch 3

This is a pencil and charcoal pre-production sketch of the interior of the Cylon Base Ship from Season 3’s “Collaborators”. This was the first time we saw the detailed interior of a Cylon base ship, so a lot of sketches were generated to guide the design of these sets. This sketch shows Six standing over Hera’s crib, alone in the room with the classic base ship square lighting panels on the wall. This was close to the final design for this set. This sketch is pencil and charcoal on 11″ × 17″ vellum.

Provenance

Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.
