Battlestar Galactica PYXIS Patch

Battlestar Galactica PYXIS Patch

Patch features a silver fabric background with black embroidery on top which reads “PYXIS.” A “double” or “backup” is generally not used, but made in the event that the primary prop needs to be replaced should it be damaged, go missing, or otherwise be rendered an unrecoverable or not-screen ready asset Measures 3½″ in diameter.

Provenance

Taken directly from the set of the NBC/Universal production, Battlestar Galactica, by Propworx staff.

Patches of this type can first be seen worn by one of the judges at Gaius Baltar’s tribunal, a Captain from a ship called the Pyxis.
