Battlestar Galactica Phelan Outfit

This is the incomplete costume worn by Bill Duke in his portrayal of Phelan in the Season 2 episode “Black Market.” In that episode, Phelan is the black market leader who has Commander Jack Fisk killed and, later, Captain Lee Adama attacked on Cloud 9. This is the version of the business suit that Phelan wore after he is shot by Lee Adama in a bar on Prometheus.Two piece outfit consisting of dress shirt and jacket deliberately distressed by the costume department.

The jacket features a bullet hole in the front at the left breast. The area inside the jacket directly behind the bullet hole has been removed to install the squib and blood pack. Flap above the left breast has been sewn to the jacket, so that it cannot move. Jacket is dark navy blue featuring three front pockets and two pockets inside the jacket, one on each side. Jacket is made by Shipley Supreme, extra large size.

The dress shirt is long-sleeved with pocket on left breast, white colored, and features blood stains throughout, mainly on the front. Dress has been distressed with fake blood only and does not feature any bullet holes. Dress shirt made by Arrow and is size 37/38 tall.
