Battlestar Galactica Prisoner Jumpsuit

A fine example of a prisoner jumpsuit worn by prisoners aboard Astral Queen in Season 1’s “Bastille Day,” where Tom Zarek (portrayed by Richard Hatch of the 1978 Battlestar Galactica series) is introduced. This costume, with the prisoner number 247901, is worn by a background performer in this episode.A one piece red jumpsuit modified by the costume department. The jumpsuit is made by Dickies and, as part of the modifications, features a black patch with cut corners over the left and right breasts, where the flap for the breast pocket is located. On top of the left breast, over the black patch is a dirtied white flash with the prisoner number printed on it.

This jumpsuit is one of the few prison jumpsuits that is in overall excellent condition, despite being used. Jumpsuit is a size 44 regular.
