This set was created as a completely in-camera environment for the an Absolut Vodka Print Campaign. Designed by New Deal Studios co-founder, Matthew Gratzner, the set was created to be shot with no post manipulation, including shooting in front of a backing. The only work done in post was painting out the wires that supported the shredded wrapping paper exploding from the bottle. Fabricated from wood, laser cut acrylic, cast resin and rapid prototyped components. Also includes framed poster of finished advertisement and raised base. 36" long x 36" tall. 1:17 scale.
