Forever Amber Original Set Drawings

From one of the most opulent, and extremely controversial movie classics of the 1940's , "Forever Amber" (1947) , which was condemned by everyone from the Pope to the Legion of Decency for "glamorization of immorality and licentiousness", (and only added to its success and box-office). Besides its story of sin, it also was resplendent with magnificent costumes and sets. These are two very rare original production elevation drawing blueprints from Art Director Lyle Wheeler of both the front of the main mansion and set designs of that "hussy", Amber St. Clair's (Linda Darnell) apartment. Both drawings are approx. 36"x26".
