ILM Animation-Roto Crew T-Shirt

ILM had one of the most famous Special Effects Supervisors in the business, John T. Van Vliet design this special crew t-shirt exclusively for their "Rotoscoping Artists". Rotoscoping is one of the most time-causing, mind-bending special effects techniques in the whole visual effects world. It takes a very unique individual. very much like those who do stop-motion or clay animation. ILM felt their award-winning Animation-Roto Department needed something special, so they created these very rare ILM Crew "Animation Roto" t-shirts. They show an ILM Roto-Animator hanging onto, or perhaps escaping on, a winged camera. This Hanes Beefy-T short sleeve crew neck tan color t-shirt comes from the private collection of legendary ILM Special Effects Artist Kim Knowlton, and includes her Letter of Provenience. (Size S).
