Star Trek: The Next Generation Alien Forehead

From "Star Trek: The Next Generation" (1987-1994), a screen used foam latex Alien Forehead "Spine" prosthetic. This was designed, sculpted and molded under the supervision of Michael Westmore in the Paramount Studio's Lab and then given to Special Effects Make Up Artist Andrea Le Vine who applied it onto the actor. The prosthetic comes from Andrea Le Vine's personal collection, and comes with a Letter of Provenience from Ms. Le Vine. The forehead piece comes in a labeled Bodytech Emporium "Body Parts" (Ms. Le Vine's Special Effects Company) Ziploc bag. (Forehead piece approx. 5"x5.5").
