Dracula (1992) Monk Statue
It seems every director wants to tackle the "Dracula" legend. So was the case with Francis Ford Coppola. In 1992 he made his version. What made it so unsettling and unique was that he rejected all computer generated effects, and went back to the old "on stage-in camera" techniques. Something about seeing things for real, created an even more frightening version, since things seems to really be happening before your eyes. This is a screen used Monk Statue, in scale, which was part of the full scale model of Dracula's castle seen throughout the movie. (approx. 8" tall)
