Michael Jackson Signed RX Pad
Photographs: © Premiere Props
A rare piece of Michael Jackson history. This is Jackson's signature made out to one of the employee's of his Plastic Surgeon. Made even more valuable and ironic, since it's written on one of his doctor's Prescription forms.
