Considered the most watched show in TV history, on March 21, 1980, the 1979-1980 season finale of "Dallas", entitled "A House Divided"" had J.R. Ewing (Larry Hagman) shot by some mystery person. Immediately the phrase "Who Shot J.R.?" become the most popular saying around the world. The 1980-1981 season then began with an equally watched opening episode on November 21, 1980, entitled "Who Done It?" that solved this mystery that captured the imagination of the world. From Larry Hagman's own personal collection this is one of the original beige colored t-shirts with picture of Larry Hagman on the front and the words "I Shot J.R."
