Richard Edlund Alien Creature

Multi-award winning and legendary special effects wizard Richard Edlund started his career working with ILM, right from the very first Star Wars movie in 1977. He went on to establish "Boss Films", which was the high water mark special effects house for most of the classic sci-fi motion pictures for the next twenty-five years. Edlund loved to keep much of what he created, and when he finally closed "Boss Films", his collection became one of the most sought after of all SpFx memorabilia. This is an Edlund alien head which may be a leftover from Star Wars (perhaps a cantina creature or even an early take on Greedo). The back has been opened, and bubble wrap added so that this unusual "alien" will keep its shape.. It is covered with latex. The creature is approx. 18"x11".
