Hellboy Ape Sapien (Doug Jones) Plaster Make-Up Mold
Photographs: © Premiere Props
From shocker director Gullermo del Toro came the live action version of the classic "Hellboy" (2004). One of the highlights was the amazing makeup effects for the characters including Doug Jones as Ape Sapien. This is the original master plaster life-size plaster base used to create his very elaborate latex appliances. Much of his iconic aqua-blue latex is still on the statue, and it shows signs of having been used extensively. An extremely dramatic piece, and quite rare. Bust is 16"x16"x8". Extremely heavy and will require additional shipping charges.
