In "The Last Stand" (2013), Ray Owens (Arnold Schwarzenegger) is trying to find some peace in his life after feeling responsible for his Los Angeles partner's being crippled in a failed police operation. And becoming the Sheriff of a sleepy boarder town where littering is the major crime of the day seems just what the doctor ordered. However, this is a Schwarzenegger movie after all, and we all know the town isn't going to be "sleepy" for long! This is Schwarzenegger's hero screen used, metal and rubber handcuffs with no key.
