This is a hand drawn, vintage wardrobe sketch by costume legend Edith Head for "The Lucy Show". Edith Head, born Edith Claire Posener, was the grand dame of costume design, winning eight Academy Awards during her illustrious career, more than any other woman. The sketch features a blond model wearing a peach colored long dress with red bow at the midsection. The sketch is drawn on white construction paper, which has been torn from a larger piece of paper. (measures approx. 15 1/4"x 10")
