Black Stretch Flapper Costume

As the Black Flapper, that is, the truly liberated vamping women of the mid 1920's, became all the range, so did dresses that were not only alluring, but seemed to show no sign of attachment, that is, no zippers or buttons! New York Costume Designer Frankie Stein has created such an outfit. This includes the layered black fringed short-dress with stretch material (no zipper or buttons) and a dramatic black sequin headband with extra high and large black boa feather.
