This Wife For Hire Manual Clapboard
Photographs: © Premiere Props
Actual production clapboard for the 1985 Comedy MOW “This Wife for Hire”. The movie starred Pam Dawber and Robert Klein, as a housewife who wants to go back to work, but having no skills, hires herself out as a “Wife for Hire” to single men. These manually slapped clapboards have become highly collectable, since digital clapboards have taken over in the past fifteen years. (9.5x11)
