From the blockbuster trilogy installment 'Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King' (2003), this is a large size, beautifully detailed metal and brass sword. The sword was one of many in a pile of swords that lay on the ground, which were used by the villagers to arm themselves with. This large and heavy steel sword is solidly constructed, with an ornately detailed brass hand guard and hard black plastic handle. The sword comes from a crew member who worked on the props in the movie, which was then passed on to a family member. A letter of provenance can be provided. (approx. 45 1/2" long). Oversized item. Additional postage required.
