Star Wars Action Figure: Princess Leia: There has never been a movie that has made more money on merchandising in the history of the silver screen than “Star Wars” (1977), and all the prequels, sequels, etc. It’s a massive industry onto itself. Older action figures especially from the original (actually “Part IV: A New Hope”) are extremely valuable. This is an original “Princess Leia as Jabba’s Prisoner” (Leia played by Carrie Fisher and Jabba by Declan Mulholland) made Kenner in 1997. Many regard Kenner as the official action figure company for “Star Wars”. This unusual collectable also includes a 35MM slide of a screen shot related to the figure, in this case a shot from the movie of Leia being taken captive by Jabba. In its original unopened packaging. Comes with the Leia figure, plus her captive chain. (Approx 4x 1.5)
