Dr. Jacob Lane (Stephen Rea) is the “mad scientist” (Is there any other kind?) and director of Antigen. He is also a lycan. He is searching for an “antidote” that would make lycans like himself immune to their “Achilles Heel”: silver, not to mention enhance their powers tenfold. And of course Vampire blood, and the code it contains can help him. So the good doctor becomes a thorn in the side of all vampires, especially Selene (Kate Beckinsale) and Eve (India Eisley). This grey and brown wig was screen used by Rea’s stunt double in the movie.
