The piece is made from soft foam latex rubber and is still very pliable. It is part of a facial appliance, with a right ear section and blue veins painted on. Also comes with a small slab of latex, likely part of another piece. There are remnants of mineral oil on the prop, which make-up people use to remove appliances after a shooting day.
