From an unknown production, this is a long sleeve, green velvet designer dress from Oscar De La Renta. The arm sleeves are adorned with gold and diamond sequins and faux jewels, and are somewhat heavy. Comes with a green slip sewn inside with a label that reads 'Elizabeth Arden The Salon.'
