From the 1997 sci-fi film 'Alien: Resurrection,' this is a 'space factory' model that was used as part of the scenery on the planet. This prop was also used on the John Carpenter sci-fi film 'Ghosts of Mars' (2001) as background 'building' on Mars. The cone shaped prop is made from a fiberglass composite material and comprised of two sections. It is covered with the surface detail that a futuristic factory would have, and has been painted 'Mars' red and made to look aged. (measures approx. 11 1/2" diameter and 8" tall)
