This is a prop Russian Police style hat worn by a background actor in the 1988 Arnold Schwarzenegger action-comedy 'Red Heat,' directed by Walter Hill. The hat is made from faux black fur, and has a jeweled, metal Police emblem/badge embedded on the front. The emblem is pinned onto the front brim and hat has ear flaps that are tied at the top.
