Resident Evil: Extinction Alice (Milla Jovovich) C
Photographs: © Premiere Props
From 'Resident Evil: Extinction' (2007), this is Alice's (Milla Jovovich) red dress and shorts ensemble. The dress is sleeveless and a lighter shade than the hero dresses, making it possibly a stunt dress. The shorts are red with an elastic waist band.
