Screen Used Bat from The Nightmare Before Christma
Photographs: © Premiere Props
Black stop motion bat used in the animated film The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993). This was Tim Burton's classic fantasy in which Jack Skellington of Halloween Town decides to kidnap Santa Claus. The opening sequence featured an introduction to the creepy cast of characters in the Town and included a shot of bats flying with the moon behind them. This was one of those creatures of the night!
