Xeroxed letter from Michael Jackson to the Animal Regulation department of the City of Los Angeles, dated Aug. 21, 1986 and requesting an amendment to his permit to add one giraffe. Includes a facsimile of Jackson's permit. The letter is on MJJ Productions stationary. Further includes a separate Application for a Permit form with Jackson's name and address typed in and "giraffe" entered into the space for the Number and Type of Animals Kept.
