Planet of the Apes (1968) - Charlton Heston's, who played Colonel George Taylor, original custom made screen worn Astronaut flight jacket from opening scenes of the film. Aged with slight dirt, this is believed to be the jacket he loses after exiting the capsule. Western costume tags inside. Acquired from a costumer at Western Costume and in a private collection for almost 40 years. Includes letter of provenance.
