Consists of brown leather with intricate design, padded shoulder, belt around the waist, velcro on the back of the neck. ('WCC 14' written in white on the inside) The top also includes brown felt with black leather design, ties on the back cuffs, ('WCC #2' written in white on the inside each one) and yellowish-brown cloth with mesh interior, metal design on the front, Middle Eastern style cap with cloth backing.
