Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) - From one of the most followed franchises comes Caesar's (Andy Serkis) test production, light blue with red velvet cutouts, spandex motion capture jumpsuit. This was used most likely for testing the special effect sequences in the film and was worn by him for use in the production.
