This is an original costume acquired by the production of the film Ghostbusters: Afterlife. It is not a replica - it is an actual piece acquired by the production for use by Mckenna Grace as Phoebe. The shirt is marked "Phoebe" in handwriting, and the overalls are marked "Phoebe" with a circled "H" denoting hero. This is the first time this piece has come to market.
