How the Grinch Stole Christmas – Whoville Resident’s Bell Costume – H247

This costume was custom-made by the production for use by a resident of Whoville. The costume consists of a light blue jumpsuit, matching cowl, a pair of light blue cloth covered shoes and a foam “Bell Handle” hat. During filming the actor wearing this costume also wore a “Bell” armature that was not included with the costume by the studio. This outfit can be seen in various scenes, including the opening scene of the film.
